Professionally, Andrew has more than 15 years’ experience across cybersecurity, technical pre-sales, professional services and security operations. His work focuses on translating complex technical and strategic challenges into clear decisions, measurable outcomes and tangible business value.

In public life, Andrew represents Roker Ward on Sunderland City Council and serves as Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Corporate Services and Local Government Efficiency. His interests include local government reform, financial resilience, public-sector governance, community renewal, technology and the effective delivery of essential services.
